Liked: Location was grate
Disliked: Nobody cleaned room, on corridors for 3 days stayed a lot of dirty dishes, nobody took care of this garbage. Internet doesn't work. Rarking very small, precent parcare cu plata but too expensive.

Great place to stay

Liked: Clean rooms, perfect for people that don't like noise. Staff at the reception desk very polite and helpful, managed to answer all my questions. Dinners at the restaurant were very tasty.
Disliked: Room was quite dark, the lights were not very strong.Breakfast at the restaurant was served at the buffet table open to anyone, the dishes were not covered which made me go eat somewhere else.

stay ruined, unhelpful staff

Liked: our whole stay was ruined by the service we received
Disliked: a guest was up all night arguing and banging and we asked the hotel 4 times to tell the guest to quieten down or remove them the guest continued causing issues until 5.30 in the morning. i voiced the complaint again in the morning but were offered no explanation no help nothing, i have emailed the hotel regarding this but no surprise i got no reply. whole visit ruined

Okay Stay

Liked: Breakfast was quite good, location is convenient next to a shopping mall and tram stop. Staff was relatively friendly. They have a communal iron and ironing board that you could use for shirts and so on.
Disliked: The walls are thin and so we could hear a lot that was happening outside of our room. Also if the people next to our room would have a shower, we would hear their ventilation. We would have liked a fridge in our room for our own groceries, but we knew beforehand it wasnt in the room.

Fair enough

Liked: Flexible Service, good food.
Disliked: Sunday after 4 in the morning a loud noise with strong vibrations started and lasted for at least 30 minutes. After that after 16 in the afternoon it continued at least for 1 hour. That is very bad stay quality!
