Liked: Great location, close to Chorzów Park. Clean room and bathroom. Outside parking, inside shop at reception with red bull, wine and small snacks. Ironing table.
Disliked: Really weak lighting in the room. Cleaning staff being loud (talking loudly) early morning and waking as up Christmas Day. Closed swimming pool.

Liked: Overall the style is good as well as the restaurant and the food. Breakfast was nice and with a discrete amount of choices.
Disliked: When we arrived, the toilet of our room was dirty. The Wellness area looks also not very well clean and it was smelly. The 2 single beds united to make a double bed made our sleep very uncomfortable.

Disliked: Nobody cleaned room, on corridors for 3 days stayed a lot of dirty dishes, nobody took care of this garbage. Internet doesn't work. Rarking very small, precent parcare cu plata but too expensive.

Great place to stay

Liked: Clean rooms, perfect for people that don't like noise. Staff at the reception desk very polite and helpful, managed to answer all my questions. Dinners at the restaurant were very tasty.
Disliked: Room was quite dark, the lights were not very strong.Breakfast at the restaurant was served at the buffet table open to anyone, the dishes were not covered which made me go eat somewhere else.

stay ruined, unhelpful staff

Liked: our whole stay was ruined by the service we received
Disliked: a guest was up all night arguing and banging and we asked the hotel 4 times to tell the guest to quieten down or remove them the guest continued causing issues until 5.30 in the morning. i voiced the complaint again in the morning but were offered no explanation no help nothing, i have emailed the hotel regarding this but no surprise i got no reply. whole visit ruined
