A disgrace for the hotel

Liked: Nice design and style, good spa area, clean room.
Disliked: Drunk loud parties in the rooms next door at 01.00am. I complained but the hotel personnel didn’t do anything. We had to leave in the middle of the night.

Comfortable stay

Liked: Very kind and helpful staff, great breakfast. Big and comfortable room.

Extra night

Liked: Stayed an extra night after very pleasant staff interactions and above expectations experience.
Disliked: Fridge excellent but plumbing needs new valves.

Exceeded expectations

Liked: Staff and facilities plus location.
Disliked: Electrics and some plumbing though mainly good.

Avarage, one day stay you...

Liked: Small room for me and small kids , have to pay for dressing gown to go have a swimming in very small pool.Breakfast I had a slightly higher expection been in the hotel.near Stadion Slaski ,but food was average.Dinner was much better then breakfast.
Disliked: Better breakfast more flexibility for quests, more value for money as good location only

Liked: The location is great, the rooms are very interestingly decorated, clean and tidy, great and friendly service, the prices are not too high
Disliked: it took me a while to find my room, the next day, another guest had a similar problem to find his room, which only confirmed that the numbering of rooms in the corridor from the lift exit point is poor and misleading, in addition, the WiFi was very poor, it turned out that using data roaming is more effective, and the fridge in my room did not work, it heated more than cooled
