Liked: Room extremely small. The bathroom extremely small.
Disliked: Actually there was nothing to like. Nothing.

Pleasant

Good location, clean and spacious...

Liked: Large clean room, with blackout shutters.
Disliked: Aircon didn’t get very cold.

Very good

Liked: Very friendly reception at check-in, clean, practical room, comfortable beds, good location
Disliked: Not so friendly staff in the morning for check-out, tiny shower somewhat falling apart, rather steril room (no picture or any other color)

Poor

Disliked: At the check out we were treated very badly by Mrs. Daniela who at 11.45am began to harass us demanding that we return the keys. We were ready at the reception waiting for the second room to come down and it was a matter of a few minutes. The lady started to be impatient to the point of being very unpleasant. We left by noon (as requested) with the lady yelling at us and insulting us. Everything happened in front of my kids , they are minors and they were treated in the same way.
