Liked: The location was fine and there was no breakfast
Disliked: Advertised breakfast, which did not exist. The room look like it had not been painted or cleaned in a while. Furniture was chipped and dirty.

Overall the stay was ok....

Liked: No breakfast available, location perfect! It was basically clean. Great staff, especially Mindy and Andrew.
Disliked: Outdated, cabinets coming apart in the kitchen area. The toilet stopped up, had to get the plunger the next day. Would love to see updates to the room because it's a great value 4 your money due to the proximity to nice restaurants, the beach, the overall neighborhood great and very walkable.
