Good location, extremely poor rooms’...

Liked: Lovely design and good position - you can reach public transport quite quickly.
Disliked: Room was too small, quite hard to get around. However, the noice from the street (tram/cars) was the deal breaker- I mean that’s the purpose of a hotel room when you are a tourist: to sleep during the night. We don’t count that the hall noise which literally like someone is staying next to your bed haha. If we would’ve stayed longer, I would’ve cancelled my reservation.

Wouldn't choose to stay there...

Liked: The location was good, only two minutes walk from Saint-Marcel (line 5), and a couple more in the other direction to Austerlitz (line 10). We also walked back from the Latin Quarter a couple of times (around 15-20 mins)
Disliked: The rooms looked a lot nicer online, it was very basic without any mini-fridge, kettle etc. Online, the pictures looked very boutiquey, but in person, it was a lot more motel-like and not luxurious. I know it's only a 3-star, so I wasn't expecting anything amazing, but it's definitely not as stylish as the pictures would have you believe.We had a room right off of reception, which would be great if you needed accessibility, but for us, it wasn't required and lacked privacy (we could hear the phone ringing/people coming in and out). In addition, the bathroom was a wet room style but wasn't designed very well, so when we showered, the bathroom was soaking, and the carpet in the bedroom got wet (and stayed wet for our stay). Plus the door on the bathroom was broken, and wouldn't close properly or lock. The other reviews seem to say the rooms were really nice, so maybe we got one that wasn't as nice. All-in-all, it was fine and clean, but I definitely wouldn't rush back to stay there and wouldn't really recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Paris unless you are looking for something very basic.
