Liked: Clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful. A little bit away from main attractions.

Excellent price-performance balance

Liked: Excellent price-performance balance. The rooms were clean. Transportation is easy and you can reach the central points of the city with a 15-20 minute walk. It's right near the subway, but you don't even need it. Staff are caring. I was also pleased that there was a full-length mirror.If I visit Vienna once again, I would consider staying here.
Disliked: Not a very important detail, but hotel slippers would be better

A pleasant stay

Liked: Easy access to the centre by either subway or tram, very close to lively street with trendy coffee places and eateries, close to the Sigmund Freud's House and Museum. Free mini pastries day and night at reception.
Disliked: We could hear the people in the room next door, as it was only separated by a door inside our room. However all hotel guests were civilised and this did not pose any issue for our rest.
