Liked: The hotel is well located, near to a subway station.
Disliked: The room was really hot, since we couldn’t control the heating, when we asked the receptionist he said that it was broken, we had the obligation to let the window opened all the day and night.Plus, we had a room in the seventh floor which didn’t look like the rooms in the pictures.

Liked: Great location, easy to reach city center by walking. Really good value for the money (we might have caught some last minute offer, but still...).
Disliked: The facilities are pretty basic, but served the purpose pretty well. Somehow there was cigarette smoke in the bathroom (through the ventilation).

Nice stay in Viena, will...

Liked: Nice and clean room. It had 2 beds that were separated by a wall which was great as it offered some privacy.Location is great, 2 min walk from the metro station and only 2 stops from the city centre.
Disliked: N/A

Excellent!

Liked: Clean and very nice rooms. Towels were changed every day. Staff very nice and helpful. They let us stay one hour longer after check out. Breakfast was superb. Various food for everyone's taste.
Disliked: We had double room, so we could here the guest next door.

Liked: The room was spacious and very clean. The mattress was good.
Disliked: It would be nice if there were a couple of coffee mugs and coffee/tea available at the room. Also a vending machine with at least water bottles would be useful.
