A very pleasant and centrally...

Liked: The room was clean, well heated and of a good size. The buffet breakfast was varied and very good.The staff were pleasant and helpful and the hotel was in the centre of the town.
Disliked: No complaints

Perfect City Hotel.

Liked: Centrally-located, both free and paid parking at/near the hotel, spacious room, perfect bathroom/shower, and a wonderful breakfast. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and courteous. We would stay here again. Highly recommended!!

A quite good hotel in...

Liked: After we managed to check in to our rooms, the hotel service was very good. Very good breakfast, quiet rooms. Good location.
Disliked: We were not allowed to checkin to our rooms until 14.00. We left the hotel for a walk and returned before 15.00. To our surprise, the cleaning staff had forgot to clean our two rooms, however the reception had noted that they were cleaned. It took some time to find cleaning staff and after that about one hour to clean. The effect for us was that we could not visit the Christmas Market in Kassel, and had to go directly to the reserved dinner restaurant.
