Short stay option.

Liked: Staff were excellent, and the room was comfortable and recently upgraded. Limited choice of value for money hotels in Bordeaux compared to Toulouse and Carcassone made the hotel a decent option for a short stay. Handy for the tram to airport.
Disliked: Street side room was noisy and few local restaurants available. Check in time could be tricky.

Disliked: Room allocated was like a cell. No external window and dark! Small window to corridor only.

Great staff and location

Liked: It was right near a very good tram stop. The staff was great. Tha added on breakfast was well worth it.
Disliked: Not that I didn’t like it, but all the stairs with my heavy luggage. No elevator, so be prepared!

Liked: Great location to the wine festival. Friendly staff.
Disliked: No lift

Comfortable and convenient for short...

Liked: Friendly reception man and breakfast service. Easy to find from tram line A, which also connects direct to airport. Quiet location. We could also leave our luggage for half a day easily.
Disliked: TV reception wasn’t good, but we didn’t need it anyway.

Great choice near the city....

Liked: Great value, big room.
Disliked: Right bank, but easy Tram access very close.
