Liked: I had such an amazing stay at this hotel. The view was great, and it made the whole experience even better. The breakfast was good—lots of options, fresh, and tasty. I’d totally recommend staying here

Comfortable hotel in great location.

Liked: The staff were lovely. The bed was comfortable. Good shower. Great location close to the train station and short walk to all the sites of Strasbourg.
Disliked: The ugly carpet design in the room was the only negative.

Liked: It was very close to the station and walkable to the sightseeing area. The room was clean. I like that the wardrobe has no door, it was so easy to put and get my cloths. TV has English channels.
Disliked: Heating towel rail was not working.

Liked: - Breakfast is good, broad selection. Could use more vegetables and less sweets
Disliked: - Overall, good hotel, but staff should be better trained (dealing with customers, thorough room cleaning, room setup_- Breakfast service was not great, no one explained how it works, where the buffet is, what type of coffee is available. - At booking we asked for an extra bed for a 6 year old. Instead they installed a baby crib. When we asked for the change they were quick to process it, but blamed the error on booking.com's platform- Bathtub / whirpool was not cleaned properly. There were some hairs from previous guest. Coffee machine had used pods inside- Location is practical, if you're arriving by car or train, but on a Saturday evening, there were a lot of people hanging outside in the streets and park, and it feels that at night it could get a bit dangerousExpected more from a 4 star hotel

Great stay

Liked: Nice and specious room, separate bathroom and toilet. The staff at the reception are very friendly and warm welcome. Great breakfast, variety bakery. Just 2 minutes walk to main train station.
Disliked: Our room on the top floor and the shower pressure a little weak.

Disliked: There was some blood stains on the heater in the bathroom, and we had to ask twice at the reception to get it sorted, as after the first time it was not cleaned. First time in a hotel where they provide only one small towel, which was also dirty.Upon checkout we were told we need to pay as we” took extra breakfast” whatever it meant, even tho we didn’t eat breakfast or dinner at the hotel at all
