Liked: Great place, clean with very kind and helpful staff. 24-hour front desk is very convenient. Great location right next to train/bus station. Room is quite small, but clean and cosy, and has everything you need.

Liked: The hotel is good located. The beds are really comfortable and the room was very nice. We really liked to stay there. Also I really appreaciated the boiler in the room. It is a nice hotel.

Awful man working the night...

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. It is hard to find a hotel room that sleeps more than two people and this hotel had a room with three twin beds. Breakfast was limited but you can make your own fresh boiled eggs. There is free parking at night and free parking for the month of August. The tub is massive if you want to soak, but dangerously slippery when you take a shower. The material is the cause and there is nothing the hotel can do about that.
Disliked: The male working on the night shift was not at the front desk when we arrived to locked doors. The locked door was understandable because we called a head to say we would be extremely late due to traffic. But not posting the evening phone number and not answering the main phone number is not okay. We arrived at 1 am, but called ahead to explain. This message was not passed along to the night desk man. Instead of being greeted by a smiling staff person, after driving 7 hours in traffic, the man at the front desk was rude, never welcomed to the hotel, and had a terrible attitude when we asked for enough keys for each adult in our group. The management had multiple excuses, but ultimately no one accepted accountability and just said, it is unacceptable for anyone to treat a guest rudely. The other staff were okay, but first impressions matter. I would not stay here again primarily because of that one person's extremely rude treatment. Hotels cost too much money to tolerate hostility.The air in the hotel doesn't work well. The force of air coming out of the vents is weak and the air does not blow cold. You could get more force and cooling from a floor fan. Other hotels in France offer fans, this is something the hotel can do if the air cannot be fixed.The towel bar in the shower was previously broken off and never repaired. The tub while a fabulous size is extremely slippery and one should put a towel down before showering for safety.

Liked: The hotel is located right at the metro and therefore, good to reach. The sights are also not too far away and easy to reach via Metro. Restaurants were nearby as well. Everything was clean and the room itself had a decent size. What I like best was the super friendly staff and the amazing playlist played by the receptionist.
Disliked: The rooms were not very modern but a bit oldish and the bathroom was extremely small.
