Okay stay

Liked: The location was pretty good and the price was reasonable. The room, although small, was modern and laid out well.
Disliked: They will sometimes lock the front door and no one is at reception. Once we got into the hotel and complained about this they were pretty rude and argumentative about it. A hotel of this size should have someone at reception at all times at least during the day and guests should be able to enter.

Liked: Cosy hotel, helpful and friendly staff, fantastic location. So near the metro and tram stops.
Disliked: Maybe a shelf in the bathroom for extra Toiletries. The shower area leaked a bit.
