Our stay at Hôtel des...

Liked: We were really disappointed with our stay at Hôtel des Grands Voyageurs, especially considering the amount of money we paid. The rooms were incredibly tiny – not what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel.To make things worse, the front desk experience was poor. The receptionist, who looked like a wannabe rockstar, wasn’t pleasant at all. When I greeted him, he didn’t even bother to respond – not exactly the warm welcome you hope for in a hospitality setting.During both check-in and check-out, I was clearly struggling with multiple heavy suitcases. Several staff members were just standing around the reception area, watching me wrestle with my luggage — not one offered to help. What kind of 4-star hotel does this??We also forgot a piece of traditional Vietnamese clothing and a pair of AirPods in our room after checkout. When we called to ask if they had found anything, they claimed there was nothing left behind – which we know is an outright lie. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing.The only positive was that the maintenance staff were friendly, but sadly, the rest of the team was rude and unhelpful.Overall, we would not recommend this hotel to any traveler. Save your money and stay somewhere else where they actually care about their guests.
