The perfect choice
Liked: The staff was 100% professional, location ( hotel was just outside from metro station Bolivar), excellent breakfast

Good value for money
Liked: Very good location, just at the entry to metro station, very helpful stuff, good value for money, nice breakfast
Disliked: The room was quite narrow - it was perfectly fine for one person, but if you consider 2- then definitely take the double room

Great 3star hotel!
Liked: Breakfast was great, with different options to choose from. Plant based/gluten free options also available. I enjoyed the room, spacious enough for two with a comfortably-sized wardrobe and a safe for important things. Staff were always happy to give a service with a smile. Hotel is close to Bolivar metro stop and other bus stops around the area. There's a coffee bar around the corner and a mini market close by too. Great find!

Liked: Really happy that hotel had parking downstairs and it was easy to access. Clean and quiet. Adequate breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Staff treatment was degrading and...
Disliked: We arrived to stay just for 5 hours before the flight. I made a mistake and booked for the previous nights. When they checked our passports, they didn’t say anything, later on at 11:00 pm, they said I had to leave and even couldn’t stay for a few hours in my friends room (4 rooms were booked). I said I would pay for the extra room. They asked me to pay 125 euro (regular rate) and in few minutes increased the price up to 200 euro. Then I said I could stay for e few hours in my friends room, they also were fine with that. But the staff refused, asked me to leave otherwise they would call police. It was a degrading and humiliating treatment. It unbelievable, I’ve never had a similar experience, the staff were extremely rude and hostile.
