Great breakfast, helpful staff, good...

Liked: Great breakfast, helpful staff, good location right next to Metro, would be happy to visit again.
Disliked: Would prefer a kettle in the room for tea/ coffee.

Phenomenal

Liked: Access to M4 Bolivar which is direct train to MilanLinate airport.
Disliked: Room 212. No heating on. To adjust for “on” was confusing and we never were successful. So, fresh and only 1 extra blanket- not enough for 2. But manageable.

Good location, value for money,...

Liked: Breakfast was very nice, with plenty of choice. The location was good and we found some great bars and restaurants in a short walking distance. It was also within a reasonable walk of the central area of Milan.
Disliked: The room was OK but the air con never really worked completely properly and was centrally controlled by the hotel. We had to ask reception to actually switch it on more than once during our stay, and as a result, the room always felt a bit stuffy and never reached the temperature that we required.

Liked: The staff at the reception were very nice and welcoming. They also catered to my requests
Disliked: They heating in the rooms were turned on and the weather outside was 22 degrees, was almost 26 degrees in the room but the staff were very kind and actually changed my room because it was extremely hot. they were very accomodating

Liked: Very central,staff on reception very helpful , rooms very clean , fresh towels every day, breakfast ok ,I need to eat every couple of hours,had small breakfast and took 2 croissants for later ,did not see sign for removing food from restaurant,member of staff shouted NO brought sign up to me asked from my name and room number,I have never been so embarrassed, I gave the wrapped croissants to Monica on reception, lots of people carried out fruit and croissants over several mornings,
Disliked: Sometimes one Banana only ,was told no more buns with still 45 minutes left for breakfast,
