Liked: Good location. Very friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast delivered to our room.
Disliked: Our room was a little warm and we could not figure out has to lower. Not a bad problem to have but that was the only thing.

Liked: The staff, the room, the location, the breakfast were all great.
Disliked: The bed had sateen poly-cotton sheets and pillow cases rather than quality high-thread count cotton percale sheets. The sheets were hot and had rough areas of pilling. Despite being a terrific hotel in all other areas, we would not stay at this hotel again unless there was a change made to the bed linens. Our two nights spent at the hotel were uncomfortable only because of the bed linens. Unfortunate but easily remedied.

Wonderful hotel. Highly recommend.

Liked: Staff is excellent! Loved the breakfast delivery at our door each morning.
Disliked: It was a bit of a hike up a steep hill to get to the old city.

Liked: This was so friendly. Beautiful and clean as well. Should be a 5 star! Shout out to Pauline and Justin at the front desk. Very helpful and informative, fun to talk with and lovely in every way. Wish our next 2 days was with this hotel. This will be the only place I stay in the future.
Disliked: NOTHING was disappointing.
