Disliked: Very small bathroom, breakfast in a “cave”

Liked: Lovely unique hotel with great views over the river from our bedroom and such friendly and helpful staff. We did not have the breakfast but the the best thing was the location which is perfect for wandering around Toulouse.
Disliked: The plug sockets are in weird places (there was one next to the toilet, another above the radiator but hidden by a shelf!) but not really a problem once we found them!

Original hotel with great river...

Liked: We really enjoyed this hotel and would happily come back again. Lovely, original decor and it smells so good! The room was comfortable with a great view over the river, yet excellent sound proofing made it feel like we were watching the world passing by on mute. Some staff members were friendlier than others, but everyone was helpful and pleasant. Great wifi, excellent housekeeping and we appreciated the location.
Disliked: Not a big fan of the hand-held shower, but pressure and temperature were great. And our double bed was two single beds pushed together, and each had dips in them, so perhaps time to flip/replace them. But we still slept well!

Feeling like at grandma’s :)...

Liked: Very comfortable bed, Panier des Sens cosmetics in the bathroom. The receptionist is extremely nice and helpful. The view from the window is simply magical! And in general, a great area, a wonderful place! Everything is easily accessible both on foot and by public transport.
Disliked: Breakfast was bland, pancakes were completely cold even if I came early for breakfast.Furniture, walls are in desperate need of repair. It didn't bother me, but more sensitive guests might be surprised...

Well-priced rooms in a lovely...

Liked: Great central location, super-helpful and friendly staff. Great design throughout – apart from my room, although it did have a lovely view of the river.
Disliked: One of the reasons I booked it was because of the quirky decor, but unfortunately I think I got the only room that was bland and in need of some love. Still a good place to stay though

Liked: Very handy location.
Disliked: The carpark is a bit too far from the hotel.Shabby chic is the best I could describe the room. Probably time for redecoration.
