Fantastic stay in Lucerne!!!

Liked: Beautiful hotel inside and out with a lovely, central location on the river. The staff were all genuinely nice and helpful. The breakfast was a bit pricey but absolutely worth it and the best breakfast that we had in our 12 days of travel. Nice touches in the room decoration and a good coffee maker.
Disliked: Not really anything!!

Holiday in Lucerne

Liked: Number of nights - 1Room type - Queen RoomPros:1. Room - the room is clean however is very small. It has all the amenities you require, however if you have 2 suitcases, it difficult to open it :)2. Bathroom - clean and spacious3. Staff - very friendly. The staff invited us for free drinks at bar in the evening.4. Location - excellent. It is central and right on the water. You can enjoy your meals at the balcony and enjoy the views.5. Breakfast - it was fresh and tasty.6. Value for money - a bit at the expensive side but it is due to quality and location.

This is a very special...

Liked: What an amazing hotel! It was in a beautiful location on the river and in a beautiful part of Luzern. Our room was very large with amazing views of the river with large beautiful windows to enjoy the view and also had a very nice bathroom. The staff was also so friendly and gave us great advice about the restaurants and the trips we could take while we were there. It was so nice to be able to buy the tickets right at the hotel for our trip to Mt. Pilatus.
Disliked: I loved everything.
