Liked: The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The hallway is beautiful, full of charm. The location is very central, the hotel was easy to find. Good light blocking curtains.
Disliked: The room was very hot. The mattress too firm/uncomfortable. Dust could be found on the furniture. No individual light switches for the bedside tables. TV wasn't facing the bed. Bathtub seemed a bit old, rusty, damaged. Every soap was individually wrapped in plastic, what about the planet? And the room was on the small side.

Disliked: Very noisy room on 1st floor facing street. Complained in the morning; no discount offered, just a short apology
