Nice hotel, friendly reception and...

Liked: Central location, nicely decorated rooms, clean and tidy. Very quiet despite being in the centre
Disliked: Would have been nice to have a bottle of water or tea/coffee facility in the room. Although water and sirop was available by reception. Standard double was very tight to walk around the bed.

Fabulous location!

Liked: This hotel is charming and the staff welcoming and helpful. Fantastic location in the heart of the city. 5 mins from the Métro station (Esquirrol) and a few minutes further gets you to the river (Pont Neuf). Buses use same tickets as the M and you can pay by tapping your bank card. In some cases bus route better than M so do investigate. My hotel room was attractively furnished and had a bath which I much prefer. The breakfast (which is brought to the room) was very good. The rooms are air-conditioned. In the summer it would probably be noisier in the area but with aircon no need to open your window. Toulouse must with be one of the most beautiful cities in France. Famous for its pink tones hence ‘la ville rose’. Sophisticated (a shopper’s paradise BTW) with plenty to see and do.
Disliked: As a woman travelling alone ideally would have been good to have been able to eat at night in the hotel but to be fair there are plenty of cafés around the corner on a very attractive square.

Liked: Loved this cute hotel. The staff were very warm and the breakfast served in your room was wonderful. It is in a perfect location and I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: No complaints!

Liked: It's a really cool hotel with a super friendly staff. The bed was super comfortable. It is in the middle of town and an easy walk to get anywhere. Great food all around as well.
