Super friendly staff was a...

Liked: The property was in an amazing location and super cute and cozy. I felt very safe and warm with the cute interior.
Disliked: Stairs were hard only because I had a giant suitcase and heavy bags but the staff was extremely helpful and moved my items for me!

Amazing location

Liked: The location is amazing and the staff is really nice.We ordered breakfast in the room and it was really nice.
Disliked: The only comment is that the bed was not really comfortable neither the pillows

Liked: Excellent central location, in a carefully and stylishly converted old property. Lovely bedrooms and modern bathrooms. The breakfast is delicious with good coffee, and the staff are a delight ... warm, friendly and efficient.

A very pleasant stay in...

Liked: Breakfast was very enjoyable.The location is right in the centre of Toulouse so excellent for walking round the city. The fact that the staff responded to our requests over some minor issues with the accommodation promptly and pleasantly. They were very helpful particularly Yoann and Lucile.
Disliked: The original bathroom was small and the shower ineffective but our request to change rooms was responded to immediately.
