Central location

Liked: The location is really good as it’s so central
Disliked: Whilst the location is central, it’s worth being vigilant, especially if walking alone at night to get to it. It would be helpful if the hotel could share information about central road closures ahead of time, that affect driving and parking close to the hotel, as the sat nav doesn’t always pick these up

Liked: Good historical property , good location for walking everywhere . Nice reception and other staff
Disliked: Got a little noisy with a few of the after hours crowd in the street .

Liked: Great location. Right in city centre. Shops and train station very close. Everything within walking distance. Hotel is quiet, no noise at night.
Disliked: Lack of storage space for clothes in the room. No tea or coffee facilities in the bedroom.

Disliked: I had a single room on the third floor and the lighting in the passageway was poor. Bathroom very small

Good stay & great location

Liked: The hotel is in the city center which is great to explore. The room had enough space, and we felt comfortable being there.
Disliked: It was too cold in the room. I spoke with the receptionist and told them that we are cold and he said that the AC does not have a heating option so we can only warm up with the wall radiator. We had to turn it to full volume but still we were very cold and used whatever extra blankets we could find.

Liked: The receptionists were super nice and the room is actually cuteThe spot where it's located is the best thing
Disliked: I'm sad I'm not putting a really good review, I'm clearly usually not the one to complain much.But there was NO heating in the room, in the middle of a harsh winter and not enough blankets just a thin one. This was a very bad night.
