Exceptional

Liked: We loved everything about the hotel. The staff were always so helpful, the breakfast was delicious, our room was spacious with a modern bathroom, and the beds (and pillows) were so very comfortable. The location was great, too. 5-15 mins walking distance to everything. Restaurants, bars, the river, the old town, shopping. A perfect place to stay.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.

Liked: I LOVE LYON. Warmest ever welcome to any city I've been in. Hotel is right next to the opera/theater (closed during my stay, oops) and 10m from the rhone and LUXURY shopping. Building also has one of the nicest lobbies I've been in for this category of hotel and very well maintained. Note: This hotel does not have a hot water kettle in the room and the bed and room are on the smaller side, I did not mind but if you are over 6ft you may.

Great quality hotel we would...

Liked: This hotel exceeded our expectations. We paid a little extra for a comfort room, which was spacious and well designed. The staff were friendly and professional, the breakfast buffet excellent quality. Above all, the location is very convenient for exploring the old town by foot, but quiet and away from the busy tourist areas.
Disliked: Nothing

Amazing hotel with amazing staff...

Liked: Beautiful Hotel with a view of the Opera House in the heart of the city. Great location with lots of restaurants, cafes, etc. all around. Staff were very friendly and attentive. One of the best hotel experiences I've had. Would stay here again.
