It was ok at a...

Liked: Right at the heart of Toulouse.
Disliked: No elevators. Not good for the elderly ones.

Liked: Only that bed and toilet was clean
Disliked: Receptionist was not polite, also he didn't gave A/C controller. I turned on the a/c from my smartphone and was so old and bad that didn't warm the room. Building was very very old with 0 aesthetic bad rooms purple walls and very very cheap and old equipment inside

I only needed the room...

Liked: It was easy to find and close to the train station.
Disliked: The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything.Lots of stairs up to the rooms without a porter to help with luggage.
