Terrible Front Desk Experience
Liked: Everything is good EXCEPT the receptionist
Disliked: I had a really bad experience with the front desk of this hotel. To be honest, one unprofessional staff member can ruin the whole impression of the hotel, and that's exactly what the brown-skinned female front desk staff did. I had been looking forward to staying at this hotel for a long time, but her attitude completely destroyed my anticipation. I'm not sure if it's her personal issue like racial discrimination or the hotel's failure to train her properly. Anyway, her words and attitude were far from professional, polite or respectful.1. When we entered the hotel and were about to show our personal information, I took out my passport as I usually do in every hotel. However, she refused to take it and said, "Don't show me this. Just tell me your name." As a foreigner, I just wanted to make it easier for her to register, so I opened my passport again to show her my English name. But she rudely shouted at me again, "Don't show me! Just say your name!" I was confused and started to spell my name in English. Then she interrupted me again and said, "I have received many Chinese guests here, OK? Just say your name!" I really couldn't understand why she had to be so disrespectful and make such a simple thing so complicated just to confirm a guest's name.2. It was more than an hour before the check-in time. She said something very quickly with a very unstandard English pronunciation (similar to Indian or Middle Eastern English). Naturally, I couldn't understand half of what she said. When I politely asked her what she meant, her first reaction was not to explain but to look at me with a mean smile and said, "Is your English, emmmm? Not very good?" I was really shocked. When a hotel front desk staff fails to express clearly and the guest tries to confirm the information, her first response is to blame the guest's English ability. Such unprofessional behavior is truly eye-opening.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff
Liked: We spent part of our honeymoon in Paris in this hotel. The staff was amazing and the location was great. The room is a bit small for 2 people, if we were to spend more than a week here it would have been uncomfortable. However the hotel is really beautiful, very clean and the bed is very comfortable!
Disliked: Small room for 2 people.

Liked: Nicely decorated, great location, close to restaurants and metro stations, and walking distance to a few attractions. Extra thanks to the lovely and helpful staff especially Amenis,I would definitely stay again.

Liked: the experience here is very nice. the staff Amenis face us warm welcome and really detailed introduction on everything in and around the hotel (plus dining recommendations)c: The location of the hotel is quite convenient. Love the vibes, its chic designs and creative deco. Will definitely consider coming back again

Ideal and wonderful place for...
Liked: Everything was outstanding! I was fascinated by the elegant and stylish interior and artistic atmosphere of this beautiful hotel. I was so happy to start celebrating my birthday at this place, everyone was so kind to me. I really appreciated the kindness and friendliness of the stuff. Breakfast was incredibly delicious! It's worth noting the perfect location in the heart of Montparnasse. My stay was unforgettable! Definetly, I will return to this hotel on my next trip to Paris.
