Great value for money in...

Liked: Fantastic location very central with comfortable beds.

excellent location but plumbing problems....

Liked: location excellent
Disliked: plumbing in bathroom a bit dodgy. No hot water on first day and blocked evacuation pipe in bath. Ok by second day

Liked: The location is wonderful. Near Opera, tram, shopping. Staff very friendly. Room and bathroom good size. Vslue for money.

Liked: Location was the only plus
Disliked: Dirty room all round. Pillars very dirty, carpet dirty windows would not close, shower ok but water didn’t run away so the bath over flowed and very dusty

Lack of cleanliness...

Liked: The location
Disliked: The cleanliness of the hotel especially our room was very poor even after having the room serviced the 1st night.The hotel is dated and in need of refurbishment.
