Disliked: The pool, hot tub, exercise room weren't working.The fold out couch was not made, front desk said I could get sheets and make it myself, excuse me I do not work there.The clean service could do better, cringe under the rim of sink, ask them to clean room, they didn't.

DENE Casino and hotel ++++!

Liked: Amy and Vanessa and the rest of the staff were amazing and very accommodating for my set up as an entertainer. they made it easy for me to set up as they changed aspects of the room to make my show the best it would be... and it was amazing!!! One of the best hotel teams i have had the pleasure of working with. Btw, as a person who has stayed in 1000's of hotels, they are among the best
Disliked: buffet was short of food. other factors. check with Amy. hot tub and pool shutdown.

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: On booking.com it said in the room there was a hot tub so when we arrived that was disappointing because I wouldn't have even booked the room if I knew that and then I couldn't do the security deposit on my debit so I had to go walk over to the casino to take out money because they had no ATM on site. I also thought it was ridiculous that they asked for a $500 security deposit where other hotels ask for $300 the most that I've experienced. The pool and hot tub were under construction so couldn't even use those, the parking in the back was not very accessible for a big truck and trailer. And at 5:30 in the morning they were snow blowing right outside the window. And in the morning the coffee tasted like mildew. Definitely will never come back to this hotel.
