Liked: I thought the hotel was very nice. Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I got there about 7:30 pm and I had to wait about 1/2 for my room. I asked the guy, checking me to ask if they could call me a cab in the morning because I was going into the hospital. He said yes. The next morning, I went down at about 5 am. and was told no, they couldn't call for me because I needed to order a cab 24 hours in advance. I told him I needed to go to the hospital, and he told me to check with the evacuation center to see if they could take me. I wanted something light to eat and drink the night before, and when I asked about vending machines, I was told that they didn't have any. They didn't tell me the self check snack area was available near the check-in desk.

Exceptional

Liked: We were eaten fire evacuates. The hotel met all of our needs. The staff was exceptionally friendly. They didn’t bad and eye at all the pets running around. Our room was not quiet at night, but under the circumstances with all the people coming and going. We understood that a bit of noise was to be expected.

Disliked: When I arrived they did not have my booking on the system, so they added me to the system and downgraded my room. Very poor really.

Liked: Modern amenities. The restaurant had fantastic food. For EV drivers the parking lot has free level 2 charging.
Disliked: To be honest, nothing. This is an outstanding hotel.
