Much better than I expected...

Liked: Good location, great beds (for me - very firm mattresses)
Disliked: Bathroom a little bit of a damp smell (but turning on the light -which activated the internal fan - sorted that out. Outside noise can be easily heard in the room, especially from the corridor.

Lovely people near Milano Centrale

Liked: I was welcomed by a lovely lady in the afternoon after my train trip from Firenze to Milano. Smiley, welcoming and helpful! She proposed restaurants in the area and helped my find self-service laundromat! In return I got her a tiramisu.In the morning I met the morning shift crew. They were also warm and welcome but my favourite was the cleaning lady! She was such a nice person, and it almost felt like she was family. On the last day, I didn't run into her to inform her that I didn't need room cleaning so I happen to run into her around 12pm, I went to my room because I forgot my backpack, and so I gave her an ice-cream! It's honestly the first time I've felt well-served to give back such a positive attitude. I hope to see you again.

Disliked: The city tax was not included in the booking fees even though Booking.com claims that "All taxes and fees are included". We had to pay extra tax upon arival.
