Really friendly staff; very helpful regarding local recommendations. Very spacious room.

Disliked: I don't prefer pedestal sinks in bathrooms, just cuz I'm a high maintenance gal who needs room to spread out my magic potions!

Disliked: Very rude front desk staff, an order for door dash was stolen by another guest even though we told the front desk what it was. House keeping only cleaned room once. Second to last night was woken up to several close gun shots outside followed by police sirens. The last night I was there i attempted to change my reservation to shorten my stay, very difficult to verify through site and hotel, the front desk clerk was polite yet forceful about not helping. The tone of being polite to technically be nice but actually seeming extremely annoyed and cold. An old woman was trapped inside the disabled access door , locked inside, had to tell the front desk several times to unlock the door for her. Overall weird hotel, gross with no amenities, dirty peeling paint and mildew smell. Fine for a very cheap hotel. Extremely bad TV selection, spotty wifi

Liked: Great hotel that is much more chic and impressive in person than in the photos. Hotel staff was great. The rooms are comfortable and the location is very walkable to the best of the downtown area. Great value. Highly recommend.

Disliked: The price compared to the hotel. A holiday inn is preferably better than this hotel. The lobby was small and nothing special

Liked: The staff aee always so friendly. Love that there are tea options in the room and in the lobby.
Disliked: There is not a venting system in the bathroom. The whole room is dripping wet after a hot shower.
