Liked: didn't eat breakfast because will eat on cruise ship.room was clean and quiet I booked this hotel because of location and price. I booked again in April. I wish price would have been the same. they went up quite a bit.

Disliked: We booked a 24 hour hotel because we were landing late and leaving early . Our flight was delayed so we arrived very late - after midnight. We waited 20 minutes for a desk person to arrive to check us in. Then our room wasn’t ready so we had to wait another 45 minutes for the desk clerk to clean the room himself. We left a few hours later. A disappointment.

Liked: Loved this hotel perfect location , food was amazing. Rooms were clean house keepers were nice and friendly,m. Outstanding customer service I was able to message them on what’s app for whatever I needed and they helped me quickly with everything making everything easy and stress free, definitely what we needed after 12 hour flight from USA. Would recommend!
