Good for overnight stay

Liked: Staff were accommodating
Disliked: Shuttle service available but wait times were longer than expected. When called they seemed frustrated and one driver told my party he wasn’t notified of our pick up. Front desk stated they run every thirty mins and unsure why we were told that.

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that they charged 15 per person to wear a continental breakfast. When I made the reservation, I saw Continental usually Continental means included in your rate of the night we went we served ourselves and at the end they sent us a bill not good was very unhappy about that situation manager did offer a 50% off, which I accepted, but still should not have paid anything

Liked: The hotel is right next to the event we were attending therefore the location was perfect.
Disliked: The man who checked us in was extremely rude. For example, when we arrived, he was so engulfed in reading his phone that he didn’t acknowledge us right away. Than after providing my name and drivers license, he said; “I don’t see a reservation for you.” I showed him my reservation number, the email confirmation and the booking.com documentation confirming our reservation. He didn’t look at anything until I told him that I had already paid for the reservation. Then he miraculously found our reservation. He didn’t seem interested in helping us which didn’t make the experience at all enjoyable.
