Liked: The breakfast lady was so sweet and helpful. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Pool looked nice but did not have time to use it. Appreciated the late check out
Disliked: The hotel had a smell. To describe it, it was a smell of air fresheners. It seemed that the hotel was trying to cover mold or previous smell . If I would have smelled it before I booked it, I would not have stayed there. We tried to get into the gym workout area and our key did not work in there, after contacting the front desk and waiting for 5 people to check in, we went up there with the desk clerk and found out that the key scanner had a dead battery. So we were not able to use the gym that evening.The front desk person was always busy and had a line. He seemed rushed during the check in. He did a good job but when you have a line bc you are the only one working, it does get backed up.
