Great experience-will stay there again.

Liked: Location was close to attractions we wanted to visit. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. We expected a sparse European breakfast, but instead they had fruit, cereal, yogurt, eggs, bacon, pastries, etc., all the things you would expect from choices in a US hotel. Elevator worked as it should, unlike some places we have stayed in Italy. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Front desk was unable to get us a cab to train station during busy morning hours. This is not a reflection on them as it is just a problem at times in Rome. We walked to a nearby taxi stand and still waited 15-20 min for a taxi with others. Just leave plenty of time to make connections at certain times of the day.

Great hotel to stay in...

Liked: Located at one of the best places in Rome within 3 min walking distance of Fontana di Trevi. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Tons of places to eat around the corner and in my opinion, the best area to stay in Rome
Disliked: Breakfast was average at best

Superb hotel with a great...

Liked: The location of the hotel was excellent, literally around the corner from the Trevi Fountain. The staff were very pleasant and friendly, The hotel looks like it has been completely refurbished. The rooms are very modern, comfortable and well maintained. There was a great choice of food for breakfast.
Disliked: There was nothing I did not like.

Liked: Perfect location! Hotel has everything you need. Staff were always very friendly and smiley & breakfsst was nice
Disliked: The shower needed an upgrade it wasn’t great & the beds were a little uncomfortable
