Liked: The staff and receptionists at the hotel were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and the Palace, and it’s also within walking distance to the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar.

Liked: Good value for the money. Close to main train station.
Disliked: We asked for an extra bed but it was no comfortable at all!

Liked: The location of this clean, well maintained hotel, a 20-25 minute walk up from the train station, was the original reason for my choice. But what I really liked about the area, both during and after the stay, was appreciating the hustle and bustle of everyday life in this safe area, as well as the huge variety of restaurants and other businesses for everyday, working people.
Disliked: The lack of a small refrigerator in the rooms.

Liked: Location was great, 15 minutes walking from train station, bed was very comfortable, quiet room, staff was wonderful, they are baristas and bartenders very attentive, easy check in, great atmosphere!
