Liked: The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful, carrying our bags upstairs for us, and he makes the best coffee in Italy!
Disliked: Nothing. The accommodation met our expectations so much so that we stayed a second time.

Excellent Value in an Excellent...

Liked: My husband and I stayed for one night. The hotel is not far from Central Station and therefore is convenient for the train to the airport. The area around the hotel was safe and clean. The hotel itself is very clean and we had everything we needed in our double room, which was a very good size. I think it was bigger than it looked in the photos online. The reception area is on the First floor, up a flight of comfortable stairs. There is a bar at Reception and we purchased coffees and alcohol and had croissants from there in the room in the morning. There are a couple of tables and chairs in the Reception.We found the family who run the hotel to be extremely pleasant and friendly and helpful. We liked the hotel very much and found it extremely good value and can recommend it highly.
Disliked: There was nothing we did not like.

Liked: Great location for Milan Central Station and getting into/ out of Milan, I would happily return here
