Disliked: The wifi was terrible, super slow, and I was left without electricity in the middle of the night.

Good value.

Liked: The staff were friendly and accommodating when I needed an extra night after flights were cancelled. The wait staff at breakfast are wonderful also. There is everything you may need within walking distance too.
Disliked: Not having temperature control in the room.

No AC but excellent location...

Liked: Close, safe and central location. Good amenities and services in hotel. I liked that the windows had mosquito nets.
Disliked: No AC but a fan was provided in the room.

Affordable, comfortable, and clean rooms...

Liked: Room was extremely good value especially for the central location a stone’s throw away from the financial district. Public transport was also within easy reach, with two Metrobus lines running within 5 mins walk from the hotel.Breakfast buffet might not be very glamorous, but the hotel’s buffet options feels like home-cooked meals (albeit limited), so if that’s right up your alley, the breakfast buffet might be a good option to sample some Mexican breakfast food.
Disliked: The wifi in the room was extremely slow and unresponsive. Best to get an unlimited data plan than rely on the hotel’s terrible wifi.

First week in Mexico with...

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel. There are restaurants nearby as well as public transportation. There is a restaurant even in the hotel. The price is a little high, but it could help if you are tired to go any other place. Mariano in the reception was very helpful with directions.
Disliked: I didn’t get towels and when I requested the towels I got frayed and old towels. I didn’t get even hand towel, after I complained , they gave me better towels. The carpet in the halls are tore and dirty. The hotel needs some TLC. Breakfast isn’t that great and it is pricey. There are several steps to even get to the lobby, and the elevator is after you go up the steps into the building. The elevator is very small.
