Liked: I had this property booked WITH confirmation and when I arrived to do check-in, the staff at the reception said there were no rooms because I hadn’t pre-paid (my intention was to pay AT the hotel as that was an option given by booking.com). This was for New Year’s Eve. Luckily we were able to find another hotel but we ended up paying a lot more than the Principado booking price. I messaged booking.com customer service and did not get a reply. Super frustrated and disappointed.
Disliked: Was not able to check into a room despite having a confirmed reservation. Staff was not helpful nor did they apologize for renting out all the rooms.
