Liked: I had this property booked WITH confirmation and when I arrived to do check-in, the staff at the reception said there were no rooms because I hadn’t pre-paid (my intention was to pay AT the hotel as that was an option given by booking.com). This was for New Year’s Eve. Luckily we were able to find another hotel but we ended up paying a lot more than the Principado booking price. I messaged booking.com customer service and did not get a reply. Super frustrated and disappointed.
Disliked: Was not able to check into a room despite having a confirmed reservation. Staff was not helpful nor did they apologize for renting out all the rooms.

Superb

Liked: The staff were all very friendly. The room was quiet. The beds were comfy. It was great value for money.
Disliked: No complaints. Everything was good.

Liked: very good location. The staff was very kind. And they have a good restaurant.

Good

Liked: Solid area on Londres & easy to get around Juarez, Roma, Condesa. Lots of restaurants.
Disliked: Loud: the other rooms, the cleaning ladies, the street. Minimal WiFi in my room.

Disappointing

Disliked: The wifi was terrible, super slow, and I was left without electricity in the middle of the night.

Good value.

Liked: The staff were friendly and accommodating when I needed an extra night after flights were cancelled. The wait staff at breakfast are wonderful also. There is everything you may need within walking distance too.
Disliked: Not having temperature control in the room.

Exceptional

No AC but excellent location...

Liked: Close, safe and central location. Good amenities and services in hotel. I liked that the windows had mosquito nets.
Disliked: No AC but a fan was provided in the room.
