Disliked: The air conditioning was terrible under the night was very noisy, and we can't sleep too well, and at the morning everything was under the water cause of the air conditioning.

Disliked: I came back from an event approximately at 2 AM and my room didnt have water. I couldnt wash my face nor my teeth with water from the sink. Also I wasnt told before or upon arrival that I couldnt have any beverages that werent sold in the hotel. I looked at the beverages menu and they didnt have the wine I liked so I went and bought one to a store near the hotel. It was until I was sitting in the pool, when they told me they could charge me $400 MXN just for drinking something they didnt sell. I told them they didnt have that wine in their menu, and that nobody told me about that rule so I wouldnt pay that but I had to stop drinking my wine.

Liked: The staff were lovely, the amenities (grounds, pool, games room, workout area) were excellent. The room itself was nice.
Disliked: No hot water in our room, window didn't close, remote for the AC didn't work and was a bit remote.
