Liked: It was private, near the Zocalo. I liked that guests were given a key to the main door and that there was staff available 24 hrs. Very friendly and courteous staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I liked the private parking inside the property. I loved the friendly kitty, capitán.
Disliked: The stairs to the terrace were a little scary, went up only once and was too scared to try again.

Liked: Beautiful place, very clean and comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful at all times
Disliked: The room did not have a window. It did have a main door which could serve for airing the room. However, a window to open a crack at night would have been nice. But as the ceiling of the room is very high it was absolutely fine.
