Liked: Rooms are exactly as in the picture. We also booked a family room that is actually a suite and is very nice for families.It is very clean and comfortable. We arrived after 23h but it was not a problem as we got a code for access and self check in. Rooms are warm and have heating even in the middle season like October -NovemberIt is easy to park in the area for free, and it is 5min from the airport.
Disliked: The Tel for emergencies that is written on the door does not work.

Disliked: Hard to find on Waze because of the working street site around. Parking was full even if I requested a parking place. I had to leave the car on the street, not safe and close to a Car Lift Sign (only place available). I was stressed because of this.
