Our stay at the hotel...

Liked: The members of staff were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel, itself, including its location and the breakfasts, were merely OK.
Disliked: The housekeeping service was disappointing. There is a notice in the room to the effect that the sheets would be changed every third day; that did not happen. There was only a tiny bar of soap in the bathroom. It lasted barely a day and even though there was just a tiny scrap left, I had to request more. The used coffee cup was not washed out/replaced.
