Disliked: Hotel needs renovation, particularly the bathrooms and the doors, which let every sound from the corridor in the room. The breakfast was not at the level of other Italian hotels and they did not refill empty parts of the buffet even at 8 in the morning. Breakfast finishing at 9:30 also on Sundays.

Bring earplugs.

Liked: The hotel is second to none in terms of location. But a bit of acoustic insulation would make one’s stay less uncomfortable. I have never been in a noisier hotel. I mean, who puts tiles in corridors in a hotel?? A great shame, also because the staff were so pleasant.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located right in the heart of the city center, with everything within walking distance. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful city view. They were also very practical and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.
