Liked: We switched rooms 3 times because the bathrooms were not working well. For a 4-star hotel it has a condition of 2 stars only. Very expensive if we evaluate the conditions and qualities of the establishment. It is in an area of pure prostitution at night which does not demonstrate much security. bad experience. and it seemed all very normal. the hotel itself pretended that everything was fine . when it was not okay .
Disliked: I've traveled 17 countries. this was one of the 3 worst hotels I've ever been to.

Liked: Clean and quiet, nearby there is a nice entrainment center
Disliked: I booked for 2 adults and two children then they give me offer of two rooms so I said ok , but I when I checked in they give me not next two each other’s so make my kids uncomfortable as not next to me .No free water or coffee machine or boiling kettle in the room

Liked: 1. the location is perfect and the metro is just 3 minutes walk away. 2. The staff is absolutely great and talk nice, explain everything, a plus to the experience. 3. A lot of elevators 4. Rooms are ok and spacious 5. Value for money I'd say it's ok with some improvements 6. this could easily be a 4* hotel and now is a OK 3* hotel. 7. The beds are extraordinary and comfortable
Disliked: 1. First experience with the room is the light that enters inside from the hallway, plus noise. 2. Shower gel and shampoo for one on a booking for two 3. A lot of dust in the room although the bathroom seemed very clean4. That fire sensor is annoying during the night, it has an LED light on and off all the time5. The smart panel with blue light is also annoying as it lights up the room in the dark 6. The electricity can be heard running through the walls. There is some sort of tension in the power outlets that is pretty loud. 7. Breakfast could be better, coffee was good and ok to pay separately.

Liked: Great budget place for a stay in Milan. Not walking distance from the main centre, but decent connectivity for sure. Good breakfast spread, and service.
Disliked: Nothing as such.
