Amazing Hotel. Rough (feeling) location.

Liked: The breakfast was the best breakfast spread I have ever seen at any 4 star hotel!!! There’s so much food! Highly recommend buying it at reception during check in. It was soooo worth it. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and the food was amazing too. Staff was so nice the whole time and room was very comfortable.
Disliked: The location. Okay first the location is great because of proximity to the metro but when we got out, we were a bit scared. The area looks so beat down and rough outside . We held on to our bags super tight as it felt like some place you could get robbed. We didn’t feel safe outside and actually considered cancelling our second night. And I’m from Africa and have lived allover including US and Berlin Germany so I have seen my fair share of ghetto-ish neighbourhoods, there was just something eerie about this one. However we went for a walk a couple of times and in the end we got used to it.

Disliked: the condition of the room, cracks everywhere, along the edge of the desk, around the front door of the room, bathroom not maintained properly, it looks like "dirts" at the bottom of the shower screen/walls
