Great little place!

Liked: The hotel is in a very quiet location with beautiful courtyard and terrace. The rooms are very comfortable and the ones with the private balcony just amazing, with beautiful views across Rome. Breakfast was also good.very helpful staff.
Disliked: Breakfast is advertised to 10.30am but actually they want you out of the room at 10.40am to set for lunch. They literally kick you out so maybe not the best way to go about it.

I would recommend this hotel...

Liked: Very cute hotel with cozy rooms. It’s no problem to store the luggage before Check-In in the hotel. Chiara from the reception is the best. She is very professional, kind and helpful! She always tried her best to assist by open questions (she even helped me to catch last minute Colosseum tickets☺️). The rooms are clean and the hotel is located in a quiet area. There are many bus stations close by to reach most of the attractions within some minutes (ca. 20 min to Trevi Fountain).
