Liked: We were given a room next to the street which was very noisy. A very quiet room was replaced after talking to the staff. There’s no lift. The staff was very kind to help with the luggage’s.

Liked: Excellent location, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean
Disliked: There was no lock on the door, from the outside you can only open the door with the key, but still it was an unlocked door. It’s an old building so it’s not completely renovated

Disappointing

Disliked: The room was facing small backward opening in between the buildings, the window mechanism and curtain stabilizers was broken so I could not stabilize the very heavy window open. I tried to keep it open by myself for few minutes in the mornings, but the smoke from the ground restaurant was all inside, so no daylight, so fresh air for 3 three days. The guys in the reception was so helpful and polite but hotel management should deal with such problems immediately. The location is perfect though.
