We really enjoyed our stay - the staff and customer service were excellent. The sleeping arrangements were incredibly comfortable and the room was clean. Our only complaint would have been that the restroom water pressure was kind of lacking, it wasn't impossible to take a shower but it wasn't super convenient. We loved our experiences at the hotel bar and restaurant - the food is excellent. Overall I'd say it was a nice place to stay overnight in Omaha.

Disliked: It has an older feel. Restaurant service was great. Food just OK.

Most Unacommadating Hotel

Liked: Our bartenders were great and friendly.
Disliked: We understand a storm caused issues, but they did not try to accomodatations for no internet, no TV, no phone worked. It was a horrible experience. Should of got a discount or something for not having things that was needed.
