Disliked: Room very clean but some things needing attending to. More staff ( security ) would be good as whilst waiting for a taxi myself and teenage daughter approached and I had to ask for assistance.

It was okay

Liked: The bath in the room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. The staff were all nice enough. It’s fairly central location.
Disliked: It’s quite dated, there’s nothing special in the room not even water, the room is very small and weirdly people can see into your room. I had been wanting to stay here for a while but now I’m not sure why. high street is pretty run down now. I didn’t feel very safe walking around at night.

Liked: General ambiance of the hotel that made for a very relaxed stay. Room spacious and very clean. Food excellent. staff friendly and attentive.
Disliked: Access to and from the hotel with a vehicle at check-in and check-out.

Liked: The bed and pillows were lush, the space was ample, comfortable and very clean and the room - quiet. Happy days.
Disliked: Everything was awesome although I couldn't find a plug for the kettle in the cupboard or close by which was a tad frustrating.
