Liked: Wide range of available activities. In summer it must be much more fun.
Disliked: A bit pricey restaurants nearby with long serving time and need for advance booking, but that is not the hotel's shortcoming.

Excellent value for money

Liked: This hotel is excellent value for money, with both breakfast and Aqua Mundo included. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean, featuring a balcony with a table and chairs, and a nice view of the lake. The bed was super comfy and the room was very quiet during the night. There was lots of choice at the breakfast buffet and it was all delicious.
Disliked: Whilst we couldn't hear noise from other rooms, it was easy to hear people in the hallway. This unfortunately woke us up in the morning. At breakfast, we were told we should have made a reservation, but we were not warned about this when we checked in or by Booking.com. At check in, we were simply told that breakfast was included and were given directions to the breakfast hall. Luckily, the kind staff managed to find us a table anyway, but more should be done to make guests aware that a reservation is required.

Disliked: In our wishes,we asked for two separate beds.As a result,the guests moved the beds themselves.

Nice hotel, but the parc...

Liked: The hotel is beautifully renovated. The rooms are spacious and have all required luxury.The breakfast was good.
Disliked: We went for dinner in the Fuego restaurant which was a massive dissapointment.We only got our drinks after dinner, staff is running around and is not helpful. The food was not worth the money.We left without dessert and with a very bad feeling... never again!
