Paris's friendliest hotel

Liked: Probably the most friendly hotels I've stayed in, the staff were very welcoming, efficient, friendly, chatty and helpful, both my wife and I remarked on how nice it was. I met three of the staff and it was almost as if they were from the same family. The hotel is well situated with plenty of good bakeries, restaurants and transport close by. It's a relatively quiet street so not noisy which is a plus in Paris.I've lived in Paris for 6 years so know it well, we now live in Marseille so chose this because it was close to Gare de Lyon. The internet was high-speed and good quality, a great bonus. We will definitely be staying here again.
Disliked: The room as a little small but it was clean and otherwise perfect.

Clean, safe, no frills hotel...

Liked: Close to Gare de Lyon (10 min walk) in a quiet neighbourhood with all the little shops you need. The hotel is simple and clean and I had a very quiet room onto the back courtyard.
Disliked: It was all what I expected - I had breakfast out

Liked: Very friendly people at the desk. Clean room and bathroom.
Disliked: Bit noisy during the night and in the morning

Liked: It's a nice hotel. We've stayed there before, and will again probably.
Disliked: As there is no kettle, cups and tea in the room, I was surprised that we were charged for the tea we collected from the dining room.
