Disappointed worst IBIS ever stayed...

Liked: Comfortable bed even if it was two beds joined together
Disliked: Dark , damp , too basic , no hair dryer , no fridge , needed updating

Liked: Friendly and welcoming staff. Lots of breakfast choices and excellent coffee!

It definitely met my expectations.

Liked: The bed is excellent. There was an extra pillow that was perfect for me. The room was very quiet. And the parking below the hotel was very convenient.
Disliked: The remote control did not work. I had to go down to the reception to get a spare one.
