Liked: Nice coffee in room

It was nice and staff...

Liked: The property had a nice staff and was overall clean.
Disliked: The listing said breakfast was included but we had to pay €18 for each of our breakfast. Also the hotel a certain smell to it, it wasn’t too bad but you can definitely smell it.

Liked: Perfect Location for Le Bon Marche. We stayed for 3nights. The first two nights were fine.However, there were no hot water on our last day of stay. The water was so cold in March, we even got mild flu after the shower. Apparently, the water came right after we check out.

Disappointing

Liked: Good location, clean room, comfortable bed, nice staff.
Disliked: The acoustics in our room were terrible, all footsteps from those in the room above were amplified by creaky floorboards and joists, falling asleep was very difficult. Compounded by renovation works in the adjacent property prior to 9am. Not a good place to sleep and wake up rested to enjoy the city

The staff are extremely rude...

Liked: The location for us was convenient.
Disliked: Upon arrival the lady on the reception tried to make us pay for the rooms again even though it showed her that i had already paid in full. Then once they were happy that i didn’t need to pay anything else, a man on reception informed me that I hadn’t booked enough people for the rooms and was extremely rude, and very unhelpful in his communication. This resulted in us not having enough beds for the night and the man said he could provide us a bed sheet for the sofa bed until the next day. However when i asked for the bedsheets later on in the evening, as per the agreement with the hotel staff, they said that we have to make the beds ourselves and were again extremely rude and unhelpful. Overall this experience made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome in Paris, and i wouldnt recommend staying here again to anybody else.

Clean, central but soulless.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and nice quiet location which was very central. Room was clean and good storage!
Disliked: Hotel was quite soulless. Some Staff could have been more engaging/friendly. Lack of toiletries in bathroom and shower over bath which was high and narrow to get in and out! Would’ve been impossible for an older person! Paper cups in rooms leak and no breakfast tea available!
