Disappointing

Brilliant hotel in the best...

Liked: This was our third stay at this hotel as the hotel is second to none. The rooms are impeccable, the location couldn't be any better as it is right in the centre yet NOT too close to be noisy. The moment you walk in, the hotel is bright and welcoming. The staff at the reception go out of their way to help you especially Emma, Jade, Constance and Aldo. Thankyou so much, you really made our stay very special.
Disliked: Can't think of anything.

Lovely hotel in Bordeaux

Liked: Luxury hotel in a great location in Bordeaux. Very good value for money given the quality and location. Comfortable room, good wifi, room had a terrace with nice view. Nice downstairs bar and restaurant area.
Disliked: Toilet was separate to the rest of the bathroom and was a little small.

Perfect location, great hotel will...

Liked: Excellent room, breakfast was very good. The hotel is well situated near shops, restaurants and attractions. Parking close by.
Disliked: Nothing, everything exceeded expectations.
