Lovely stay, great location, spa...

Liked: Location was brilliant, extremely clean and nice rooms
Disliked: The spa and gym both needed refurbishment and came at an extra cost - which is not satisfactory for a spa hotel. The spa booking system was also incredibly limited and inflexible - and the staff werealso rather rude.
