Liked: You couldn't ask for a better location, it's right by the river in the old part of town. The bed was great, the shower was adequate, everything was clean. The staff were super friendly and kind. Very happy I stayed here.

Exceptional

Liked: Great location in the heart of Annecy!! Very nice gentleman in the office. Lovely big room with balcony view.
Disliked: Rooms need updates, air-conditioning not really working, but plenty of fans provided, the toilet unit was rocking, not sturdy, but considering everything and prices I highly recommend Hotel de Savoie!
