Liked: Rooms are very nice and very clean. The personnel is extremely polite.
Disliked: I was treated really as a guest. No complains.

They are not fair and...

Disliked: The accommodation was probably designed for dwarfs—it was that tiny. They charged us a deposit equal to the price of the stay, which we never got back. We didn’t damage the room or break anything. They assured us we would get our money back, but after a month of emailing them, they still haven’t refunded us.

Good value stay

Liked: The room was very nice and well kitted out, comfy bed nice bathroom. Location is great and the staff are friendly
Disliked: It’s advertised as having parking but they only have two parking spaces that need to be pre booked which isn’t well advertised if you book via booking.com I found this out because I went on their website and it was too late.
