Liked: The location, the rooms, welcoming staff attentive to pets also, very good restos in the neighbourhood

Good

Liked: Across the road from Hare Montparnasse. Restaurants, pâtisseries and supermarkets nearby.
Disliked: The pre-authorisation payment before arrival and added to that payment on departure. The pre authorisation payment was pending on our credit card almost for 2 weeks. This reduced our credit on our card. We stayed at 25 hotels over September and October and this hotel was the only hotel that did a pre authorisation.

GOOD STAFF

Liked: GOOD LOCATION and KIND STAFF. STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL. WHEN I ASKED THEM TO WARM UP THE FOOD IN MICROWAVE, HE WAS WILLING TO DO IT AND HANDED OUT THE FOLK WITH THE PLATE BECAUSE IT WAS QUITE HOT.
Disliked: NEED THE EAR PLUGS WHEN YOU WERE SENSITIVE TO SLEEP BECAUSE THE WALL IN THE ROOM WAS QUITE THIN.

Liked: The staff are excellent and very friendly,the room itself has plenty of space and is in a great location right next to the metro
Disliked: The hotel can be a little noisy as it’s right next to a major hub station.

Disliked: Weak air con, slightly faulty lighting in room.
