Disliked: First off all the fist stay with the arrival the hospitality was Rude and unacceptable We paid from your site and when we arrived at the hotel we paid again ! And they told us that they will cancel the payment….Until now we paid two times and my bank said to me that the problem is from the hotel!The room that we paid was Deluxe Heritage but they gave us just Heritage and said that they haven’t nothing else! Also it was dirty and 4 days the didn’t change the bedsheets and also the towels!

Disliked: I wish the bathroom door closed properly but a small issue that really didn’t spoil anything.

Great place, excellent breakfast

Liked: Loved the location and the plus of our room was canal level with patio.
Disliked: Having the room on the lower level was good but also bad in that the hallway had an ejector and it smelled bad of sewer gas. Also this room is directly under the lounge fireplace area. Thankfully guests wrapped up around 11PM or else we would have not been able to sleep with the banging noises from above. I can only give this place an 8 because of this. I don't know what the other rooms were like. I also don't like when hotels run $100 charge when I already prepaid the room and then credit the charge back several days after checkout. No need for that in my opinion.

Liked: Location was great, next to a brewery and right in the middle of the city. Staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond, gave us recommendations for places to eat and even booked them for us. The building was old and beautiful and nicely decorated. Very comfortable too.
Disliked: Nothing to do with the hotel! But getting there from the train station was a rip-off- €15 for less than 5 mins journey.
